Dr. Heller is a certified member of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He graduated from Yale School of Medicine and went on to receive his plastic surgery qualifications at UT Southwestern in Dallas, which is one of the highest rated surgery programs in the country. He completed additional fellowship training in orthopedic hand and micro-surgery at UC Irvine and the Sarnat Craniofacial fellowship at UCLA.
After finishing his undergraduate career at UCLA, he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in physiological science. He graduated with summa cum laude honors.
A dedicated contributor to the field, Dr. Heller owns several awards for his accomplishments in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Over 35 medical papers and 30 abstracts have been published under his name. He also participated in international programs for children around the world born with congenital deformities.
